Dental Treatments:

  • Restorative Dentistry
    It includes aesthetic treatments (aesthetic fillings, veneers, inlays, onlays,) and endodontic (root canal treatment). Teeth can be bleached – both in the surgery and at home (for instance after root canal treatment) t –from the inside as well but usually we only bleach the surface.
  • Prosthetic
    It is the expertise field of tooth restoration including fixed (crowns, bridges,) or removable dentures (full restoration with plate, partial dentures with anchored clasps or with precision mechanical devices, telescopic prosthesis ...) as well as the preparation of implant restorations.
  • Periodontology
    The supporting tissues of the teeth are known as the periodontium including the gingiva (gums), the alveolar bone, the cement and the periodontal ligament. The periodontologist is a professional who deals with the diseases focusing on this field of dentistry. (Ultrasonic scaling i.e. tartar removal, air flow, curetting)
  • Oral surgery
    Dentoalveolaris (i.e. limited to the territory of the mouth) surgery. This area includes the removal of some teeth (extraction) as well as larger foot surgery, (resection, cyst surgery) dental implants are also included.
  • Orthodontics
    Its aim is to establish a regular tooting and bite with removable or fixed (cemented) devices. Some malformations may be easily treated with removable appliances but for other malformations fixed ones are needed.
  • X-ray diagnostics
    Panorama x-ray, full X-ray, intraoral radiographs ("x-small").
Dr. Zsuzsanna Balis
Dentistry

Having graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry Semmelweis University Budapest in 1981, Dr. Balis became board certified specialist in dental and oral diseases in 1983. Since 1991 she has been the managing director of Micro-Dental Ltd. and has been working as a specialist in Preservative and Prosthetic dentistry since 2005. Dr. Balis is a member of the Aesthetic Circle, focusing on aesthetic fillings, porcelain crowns and hidden anchoring removable dentures.

Dr. Viktória Lakatos
Orthodontics

In 2004 Dr. Lakatos qualified from from the Faculty of Dentistry Semmelweis University and in 2007 she became certified specialist in orthodontics. She deepened her practical knowledge in a number of well-known institutions (St. Roch Hospital, Central Institute of Stomatology, Villány Dent Bt, of Wembley Dental Clinic, King's College London, Guy's, King's, St. Thomas' Dental Institute) and since 2004 she has constantly been involved in domestic and foreign professional trainings. She has not only passed her professional English language exam but Dr. Lakatos speaks German language on advanced level.

Dr. Boglárka Boross
Dentistry

In 2010 she qualified from the Faculty of Dentistry Semmelweis University Budapest and achieved summa cum laude degree. While completing her special medical studies in conservative and prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Boross has been doing her residency at Budapest Medical Center. She obtained advanced level certificate in English language.

Dr. Árpád Joób-Fancsaly
Implantology

Having graduated from Semmelweis University Faculty of Dentistry in 1994, Dr. Joób-Fancsaly broadened his knowledge through a rich choice of exams. In 1996 he received his specialist degree of dental and oral diseases and in 2001 completed Dento-alveolar surgery exam with excellent qualifications.
